Reedin MasterModel Kite

Revolutionize your freeride sessions with the 2026 Mastermodel— Reedin's first 5-strut kite and the lightest on the market. Developed in Maui's intense conditions through tight collaboration with Ralf Groesel and Brainchild, this groundbreaking bow kite shatters weight barriers (up to 700g lighter than competitors) while delivering unmatched low-end power, drift stability, extreme vertical take-offs for your highest jumps, and precision steering for razor-sharp kite loops. Its unique profile supported by the 5-strut platform provides a super stable canopy, ensures explosive lift, intuitive steering, and massive depower range transform marginal conditions into unforgettable sessions. Available in vibrant blue gradients, sizes from 5m² to 12m² making it the versatile essential for riders pushing boundaries in 8-35+ knots. The Mastermodel isn't just light, it's the pinnacle of engineering in big air kiteboarding. The real magic hits the second you jump: explosive vertical lift, followed by a second surge that stretches hang time like no other. You're not drifting-you're hovering. And when you land? It still turns on a dime. The synergy of the Mastermodel's arc and profile make for leaderboard power without the weight. Welded end-to-end with Brainchild PROWELD technology. Key Features Lightest 5-Strut Kite Ever: Through Brainchild's tech, Reedin's premier 5-strut design eliminates excess weight for instant response— the lightest in the industry, enabling longer hangtime and more aggressive boosts. Built for High-Performance Jumps & Loops: Optimized arched bow shape excels in vertical take-offs and dynamic kite loops, with refined sheeting for locked-in control and neutral drift during rotations. Unmatched Power & Stability: Five struts support a rock-solid canopy profile boasting massive depower for a wide wind range, and smooth transition from freeride to big air or waves. Versatile Freeride Beast: Grows with you across disciplines—strapless surfing, freestyle tricks, or foil exploration—all in one ultra-portable package. Durable Innovation: Hardflyte canopy and PROWELD seams shrug off abuse for session-after-session reliability. Technical Specifications Size (m²) Wind Range (knots) Weight (kg, approx.)
