2024 Total Solar Eclipse Map - Puzzle

On Monday April 8, 2024, a total solar eclipse will cross North America, passing over Mexico, the United States, and Canada. Weather permitting, the first location in continental North America that will experience totality (the period of an eclipse when light from the eclipsed body is totally obscured) is Mexico’s Pacific coast at around 11:07 a.m. PDT. The path of the eclipse continues from Mexico, enters the United States in Texas, and travels through Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. The eclipse will exit continental North America on the Atlantic coast of Newfoundland, Canada, at 5:16 p.m. NDT. You don’t want to miss this rare event, so the artists of Anderson Design Group created this commemorative poster for you to cherish as a keepsake of this historic natural phenomenon AND for you to put on your wall as a reminder of the upcoming event! Our vintage-looking design, retro poster, space art, and original illustration will eclipse all other room decor when you order it as a poster, canvas, mini-canvas, metal sign, postcard or note card! Fun fact, the math used to make eclipse maps was worked out by Friedrich Wilhelm Bessel and William Chauvenet in the 19th century, long before computers and the precise astronomical data we have access to today.
