Installation Instructions Click Here A low-profile bed rack that hauls your gear without ruining the lines of your Xpedition, or your wallet on shipping. The Volt Short Rack for the 2024+ Polaris Xpedition XP (bed models) bolts to the factory Lock & Ride rails, adds MOLLE panels, RotopaX and Pack-Out mounting, E-Track cutouts, and provisions for whips, lights, and wiring. Built from an aluminum-steel hybrid in hammer black, ships flat to keep costs down. Precision Fit, Not a Bulky Universal Rack Don't settle for a bulky, universal rack that ruins the lines of your machine. The Volt Short Rack features a sleek, low-profile design that follows the natural flow of the Polaris Xpedition XP's bodywork, with a fit and finish built to make your vehicle look as good as it performs. It mounts to the Polaris Lock & Ride rails with the provided T-slot nuts, no drilling, no modifications. MOLLE and Pack-Out Integration Organization is everything when you're off the grid. The side panels feature a precision-cut MOLLE panel design, letting you securely strap or bolt down everything from recovery gear and tools to fuel cans. The rack is also engineered to accept Pack-Out mounts and a wide range of bolt-on accessories, so you can build a setup that fits your exact needs. It's built to carry it all: the rack includes holes for RotopaX mounts, pass-through holes for wiring, holes for whips, and holes for lights, so you can add fuel, lighting, antennas, and accessories without fabricating a thing. E-Track Mounting Built In The edge of the railing is folded over for extra strength and rigidity, and that folded edge supplies cutouts for the E-Track mounting system, giving you another versatile, proven way to secure and reconfigure your load. Built to Endure, Engineered to Ship Smart The rack is constructed from a high-strength hybrid of aluminum and steel for the balance of lightweight performance and rock-solid durability, finished in a rugged hammer black powder coat contrasted with satin black panels for a premium, custom look that survives harsh environments. It's also smartly engineered: the fully modular design ships in a compact box for easier handling and lower shipping costs, then bolts directly into the factory Polaris railing system with zero modifications.
