Ruffwear | Front Range Day Pack

The Ruffwear Front Range Day Pack transforms any adventure-ready dog into the perfect hiking companion, allowing them to carry their own gear while maintaining comfort and freedom of movement. Built on Ruffwear's proven Front Range harness platform, this pack combines superior load distribution with the security features active dogs need on the trail. The pack features radial-cut saddlebags with weight-forward design that creates passive compression to keep contents stable, while foam padding ensures comfortable extended wear during long hikes. Three leash attachment points provide versatility—an aluminum V-ring on the back, reinforced webbing loop on the chest, and a tow loop for emergency situations. Internal stretch mesh pockets keep gear organized, and tonal reflective accents plus a light loop attachment point enhance visibility during dawn or dusk adventures. This pack works best for active, well-conditioned dogs who regularly join their owners on day hikes and frontcountry expeditions. Available in four sizes from XS (17-22" girth, 4.5L capacity) through L/XL (32-42" girth, 18.5L capacity), with weight capacities ranging from 0.7 to 1.35 pounds depending on size. Choose from River Rock Green or Basalt Gray colorways to match your outdoor aesthetic.
