2023 Post & Beam Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

Born from one of Napa Valley's most storied estates, Post & Beam brings Far Niente's legendary winemaking philosophy to a beautifully approachable Cabernet Sauvignon. Named for the simple yet elegant barns that dot the American landscape as an enduring reminder of history, Post & Beam represents craftsmanship, tradition, legacy, and purity.  The 2023 Post & Beam Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with an aromatic lift of cinnamon and nutmeg, fresh cranberries, ripe blackberries, plums, and an earthy minerality. On the palate, the wine delivers flavors of red and black cherries, baking spices, vanilla, and savory notes. The wine is bright and energetic, offering a juicy vibrancy that balances depth with elegance and approachability, with a polished finish that lingers.  The 2023 vintage opens with expressive aromas of red fruit, cassis, and blackberry jam, accented by hints of cedar and graphite, with polished tannins and a core of dark fruit.  An exceptional value for Napa Cabernet, perfect for everything from weeknight dinners to special occasions. Pairs beautifully with grilled steaks, roasted lamb, and aged cheeses.
