Angela Fronti (winemaker) is a trained enologist, with a non-interventionist style and a deep understanding of the region. Her family has sold fruit to the top wineries in Chianti Classico since 1959, and in 2009 with Angela's help, they released their first vintage of wine.  Organic certified. Hand harvested high altitude vineyards (500 m). Native yeast fermentation. 3-8 week maceration on the skins. Aged in large Slovenian oak barrels for 12 months before bottling and release.
