2019-25 Rav4 Apex Grille

This is the first aftermarket grille made for the Toyota Rav4 non TRD and Adventure model. This grille works with all other models but does NOT have the holes for the sensors in the grille yet. We will have that option available here in a few months. If you don't care about running the front sensors then you are fine to run this bumper. We will have our install video ready to go here in a few weeks. If you looking to have your rav4 stand out, this is the way. Specifications: Sleek powder coated aluminum grille that clips into the factory bumper Comes in two pieces. Both pieces are made of aluminum to cut weight, allow for some degree of flexibility, and the no rust factor. The two aluminum sections of the grille are powder-coated semi gloss for protection and the hardware is all stainless steel. Installation: Comes in two pieces. The first is a mounting frame that clips onto the factory bumper. There are several slots that will be pressed and clipped into place so that the main face of the grille can be mounted to it. The main grille then allows 18 bolts to pass through it to mount to the frame. Between the two aluminum pieces, rubber spacers will be added to prevent rubbing and allow the grille to be pushed into a more aesthetic position. The bolts will go through the main piece, the spacer will be added and then the bolt will tighten into a pre-mounted nut on the surface of the frame part of the grille. The last part is six bolts that hold the factory plastic piece of the upper bumper into place like the stock grille. Once the last six bolts are fastened the grille install is complete and the bumper is ready to go back onto the Rav4. To check out our YouTube Channel install video, click HERE.
