PHOTOGRAPHER: ADEBAYO JOLAOSO This image demonstrates Adebayo’s mastery of texture and nuanced approach to portraiture. Cheerios on a table become textural elements which create depth and softness in a stark, crisp setting. Adebayo’s subject is captured with the photographer’s signature nuance and complexity; he simultaneously embodies the emotions of relief and sadness, grief and exhaustion, allowing the viewer to explore their own interior world in how they relate and reflect on the image.
