For Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles made in 2018 and after, this device is necessary for programming. Every vehicle manufactured by FCA (Stellantis) after 2018 is equipped with a security gateway module that guards against reprograming. The wires that link the security gateway module to the car's computer are connected by our bypass device. You can use third-party scanning tools with this device. This device's sole functionality is to bypass the secure gateway function. *You must remove this device before taking your vehicle to the dealer, or they may not be able to connect to your vehicle.
