A planted, non-rolling 20-ft tower with a full 7′ deck—built for long service on real jobsites. Cross braces and hardware feature inside-and-out galvanization for long-term rust protection, while the 5′ × 6′4″ frames reduce how many sections you need to stack to reach ~20 ft. Three severe-duty 7′ aluminum–plywood walkboards complete the deck with a sturdy feel underfoot (each board includes a wind-latch to help it stay seated). Base plates provide a fixed footprint, and the 5′ × 7′ BreakDown Guardrail System helps you work safe at height. Why this configuration works 5′ × 6′4″ Ladder Frames: Taller sections mean fewer stacks to reach ~20 ft; the powder-coat stands up to everyday bumps and scrapes. Severe-Duty 7′ Walkboards: Aluminum side rails and exterior-grade plywood deliver a planted, confident feel; three boards span the bay for a full 7′ platform. 5′ × 7′ BreakDown Guardrail System: Goes up quickly and breaks down for transport—practical protection when you are working at height. Base Plates: Fixed, non-rolling support that spreads load and helps reduce shimmy on firm, level surfaces. Setup and safety At ~20 ft, go wider: Add Outriggers to widen the footprint—especially on slick or uneven floors. Guardrails installed? Many jobsites also require Toeboards to help keep tools and materials from stepping off the edge. Considering casters later? If you convert to a rolling setup, include a Grouser Bar to tie frames together for stability while you move. Key features Longevity first: Galvanized braces and hardware—including tube interiors—help resist rust year after year. Full 7′ deck: Three severe-duty walkboards provide a broad, stable work surface. Planted stability: Base plates keep your tower fixed and confident underfoot. Room to grow: Add height, outriggers, and toeboards as jobs evolve—or convert to rolling with casters and a Grouser Bar. Important Notes For taller builds or uneven/slick floors, add Outriggers to widen the footprint. If you later add casters to this stationary tower, also add a Grouser Bar for rolling stability. Some competitor braces are not coated internally. If there are no small vent holes near the brace ends, the interior may not be galvanized and can rust over time.
