20 ft Rolling Scaffold Tower Bundle

Built to work at height—and built to last—this rolling tower gives you a wide 7′ deck with corrosion-fighting details where it counts. Using 5′ × 6′4″ frames reduces how many sections you need to stack to reach 20 ft, keeping the build efficient without cutting corners. Three severe-duty 7′ aluminum–plywood walkboards form the full deck, and the integrated wind-latch helps keep each board seated on the frame. Locking 8″ cast-iron casters make repositioning easy, while the included Grouser Bar ties the frames together so the tower tracks straight when you roll. Galvanized hardware helps keep rust at bay for the long haul. Why this build works 5′ × 6′4″ Ladder Frames: Taller sections mean fewer stacks to reach ~20 ft; durable powder-coat stands up to jobsite life. Severe-Duty 7′ Walkboards: Aluminum side rails and an exterior-grade plywood deck feel solid; the integrated wind-latch helps keep boards seated. Three boards span the bay for a full 7′ platform. BreakDown Guardrail System: Goes up quickly and breaks down for transport—commonsense protection when you’re working at height. BreakDown Grouser Bar: Ties frames together to reduce shimmy and improve tracking during long pushes or over rough floors. 8″ Cast-Iron Casters: Durable wheels that roll smoothly and lock with positive foot brakes to hold position before you climb. Setup and Safety Reminders At ~20 ft, go wider: Add Outriggers to widen the footprint—especially on slick or uneven floors. Using guardrails? Many jobsites also require Toeboards to help keep tools and materials from stepping off the edge. Before you climb: Lock caster brakes, check connections, and verify a clear path for rolling moves. Core Advantages Rust Defense: Galvanized braces and hardware—including tube interiors—help resist corrosion year after year. Full 7′ Deck: Three severe-duty walkboards deliver a broad, stable work surface. Confident Mobility: Grouser Bar improves stability while rolling; 8″ cast-iron casters provide smooth movement and sure braking. Modular Growth: Add outriggers, additional height, and toeboards as job requirements evolve. Important Notes When working higher or on uneven or slick floors, add Outriggers for a wider, more stable footprint. Some competitor braces are not coated internally. If there are no small vent holes near the brace ends, the interior may not be galvanized and can rust over time.
