Kukko 20-4-AV Heavy Duty Gear Puller (0mm - 520mm)

Highlights: Made In Germany. For removing large bearings, gears, discs, etc. SWITCH: A two-sided spindle tip provides optimal adjustment of the spindle to the shaft. Individually adjustable spread and reach. The Kukko 20-4-AV heavy duty gear puller is a professional-grade tool designed for the removal of big bearings, gears, and discs. Manufactured in Germany, it delivers reliability and performance for tough applications. A two-sided spindle tip allows optimal adjustment to the shaft, ensuring versatility across various tasks. The individually adjustable spread and reach accommodate different workpieces, making it a practical choice for diverse mechanical extractions. This large bearing puller features parallel pulling hooks that remain secure even under full load. The hooks can be adjusted along the cross-beam, allowing precise positioning for a secure grip. A two-arm design ensures space-efficient operation while maintaining high pulling force. The milled mechanical pressure screw, coated for durability, enhances threading performance. Additionally, turning the hooks allows for both internal and external use, increasing adaptability when handling asymmetric parts. For stubborn components, a hydraulic spindle from series 8 can be added to improve force application. The inclusion of a spindle head band prevents tool slippage during use, improving safety and ease of handling. With a spread range of 0–520 mm and a maximum load capacity of 12 tons, this big bearing puller is built for tough industrial and workshop applications. Durability is enhanced by a corrosion-resistant KUKKoating for long-lasting performance. Safety labeling ensures proper usage, and almost all components are available as replacement parts, streamlining maintenance. A tube of KUKKO special grease is included, further contributing to the smooth operation of the Kukko 20-4-AV heavy duty gear puller. Features: High performance. Standard pulling hooks with adjustable depths. Parallel pulling hooks in every position, even with full load. Pulling hooks with infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam. Mechanical pressure screw. Milled thread treated with special coating. Two-arm design for space-saving operation. Kukko Advantage: Pulling hooks can be adjusted lengthwise to meet the required clamping depths. Turning the pulling hooks enables them to be used both internally and externally. Suitable for pulling asymmetric workpieces. Spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping off. Almost all components available as replacement parts, time-saving order process thanks to numbering system. Hydraulic spindle series 8 for particularly tight-fitting parts also available as an option. Note: Pressure pads from series 600-17 are a good addition if the shaft is hollow and the spindle cannot be supported. Strong design, high performance and long service life. Self-healing corrosion protection KUKKoating for galvanized parts (WITHOUT chrom VI). Safety label to ensure protection of intellectual property. A tube of KUKKO special grease included for pressure spindle.
