Kukko 20-30-B Hydraulic Puller (0mm - 350mm)

Highlights: Made In Germany. ARMLOCK: The cross-legged jaws guarantee maximum stability for suspending the jaws in the slider. GLIDE & FIX: The improved geometry guarantees quick and easy movement of the jaws on the cross-beam. HYDRAULIC: Pullers with hydraulic function. SWITCH: A two-sided spindle tip provides optimal adjustment of the spindle to the shaft. Optimal for removing extremely tight bearings, gears, and discs.  The Kukko 20-30-B hydraulic puller is a German-engineered tool designed for tough extraction tasks. Its cross-legged jaws provide stability, while the advanced geometry ensures smooth movement along the cross-beam. The two-sided spindle tip allows optimal adjustment to different shaft types, making it suitable for handling exceptionally tight bearings, gears, and discs. Equipped with grease hydraulics, it maintains consistent performance under load. The hydraulic bearing puller includes standard pulling hook and parallel hooks maintain their position even at full load, while the infinitely adjustable design allows for flexibility on the cross-beam. The combination of hydraulic and mechanical pressure screws enhances adaptability, while the milled, coated thread ensures durability. Additionally, the two-arm design of this hydraulic gear puller allows efficient operation in restricted spaces. With jaw extensions, it accommodates a range of reach requirements, and the ability to switch between internal and external pulling increases versatility. Built for reliability, this puller includes self-healing corrosion protection for galvanized parts and a spindle head band to prevent tool slippage. Its durable construction supports a high load capacity of up to 10 tons. Most components are available as replacement parts, ensuring continued usability. The Kukko 20-30-B hydraulic puller delivers strong performance and longevity for countless pulling applications. Features: Grease hydraulics. Standard pulling hook. Parallel pulling hooks in every position, even with full load. Pulling hooks with infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam. Hydraulic and mechanical pressure screw. Milled thread treated with special coating. Two-arm design for space-saving operation. Kukko Advantage: Easy and even pulling for particularly tight parts. Variable reach thanks to jaw extensions, available up to a puller size of -30. Optional conversion to various jaw types for mechanical use. Turning the pulling hooks enables them to be used both internally and externally. Suitable for pulling asymmetric workpieces. Spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping off. Cross-beam, up to size -30, includes hexagonal profile for holding. Almost all components available as replacement parts, time-saving order process thanks to numbering system. Note: Pressure pads from series 600-17 are a good addition if the shaft is hollow and the spindle cannot be supported. Quality made in Germany. Strong design, high performance and long service life. Self-healing corrosion protection KUKKoating for galvanized parts (WITHOUT chrom VI). Safety label to ensure protection of intellectual property. A tube of KUKKO special grease included for pressure spindle. Product video on the product can be opened.
