For removing bearings, gears, discs, & more The Kukko 20-30+ 2 Jaw Puller is a high-quality German-made tool designed for removing bearings, gears, and discs. Engineered for stability, it features a cross-legged jaw design that enhances grip and suspension. Its geometry ensures smooth jaw movement along the cross-beam, while knurled knobs allow for rapid adjustment without additional tools. The two-sided spindle tip adapts to different shaft configurations, providing optimal performance across various applications. This puller tool incorporates parallel pulling hooks that remain secure under full load. Its adjustable hooks move freely along the cross-beam, ensuring a customized fit. The mechanical pressure screw, coupled with a specially coated milled thread, enhances efficiency. With its two-arm design, the bearing puller operates in tight spaces, and the manual adjustment knurl allows for quick repositioning of the jaws without requiring a wrench. Compatibility with various extensions increases adaptability, and its ability to function both internally and externally makes it suitable for asymmetric workpieces. A secure spindle head band prevents wrench slippage, while the hexagonal cross-beam profile improves grip during use. A numbering system simplifies part replacement, and optional hydraulic components are available for more challenging extractions. Its performance-driven design ensures a long service life, making it a valuable addition to any workshop. The Kukko 20-30+ 2 Jaw Puller features a corrosion-resistant coating and strong construction. Features: Standard pulling hook with quick adjusting capability quick adjust. Parallel pulling hooks in every position, even with full load. Pulling hooks with infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam. Optimal adjustment of the spindle to the shaft with 2-sided spindle tip (ball and tip). Mechanical pressure screw. Milled thread treated with special coating. Two-arm design for space-saving operation. Kukko Advantage: A manual adjustment knurl allows rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without using a wrench. Can be installed on various pulling hooks and variable reach thanks to jaw extensions. Turning the pulling hooks enables them to be used both internally and externally. Suitable for pulling asymmetric workpieces. Spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping off. Cross-beam with hexagonal profile for good grip. Almost all components available as replacement parts, time-saving order process thanks to numbering system. Hydraulic spindle series 8-0 for particularly tight parts, available from a particular puller size. Auxiliary hydraulic ram series 9 for particularly tight parts, can be used from a particular puller size. Note: Pressure pads from series 600-17 are a good addition if the shaft is hollow and the spindle cannot be supported. Stability support from optional series 219 clamp. Strong design, high performance and long service life. Self-healing corrosion protection KUKKoating for galvanized parts (WITHOUT chrom VI). Safety label to ensure protection of intellectual property. A tube of KUKKO special grease included for pressure spindle. Product video on the product can be opened.
