SWITCH: A two-sided spindle tip provides optimal adjustment of the spindle to the shaft. For removing bearings, gears, discs, & more The Kukko 20-20+ 2 jaw puller is a German-made tool designed for precise and secure removal of various components. Its two-arm design allows for efficient operation in confined spaces, making it suitable for removing bearings, gears, and discs. The puller features a cross-legged jaw system that ensures maximum stability, while the improved geometry of the cross-beam enables smooth movement of the jaws. A manual knurl adjustment allows for quick release and repositioning without additional tools. This puller tool is equipped with parallel pulling hooks that remain stable under load, providing secure extraction. The hooks adjust infinitely on the cross-beam for precise positioning. This bearing puller has a two-sided spindle tip which offers adaptability for different shaft configurations. The milled thread, treated with a special coating, ensures durability, while the mechanical pressure screw enhances force application. The puller accommodates various hook extensions and works with optional hydraulic spindles for handling particularly tight components. Additionally, its design supports both internal and external pulling by simply rotating the hooks. It has a non-slip spindle head which enhances grip, and an included tube of Kukko special grease ensures smooth operation. With high performance and a modular design allowing for easy part replacement, this tool is a solid choice for numerous applications. Built for longevity, the Kukko 20-20+ 2 jaw puller features self-healing corrosion protection and a strong construction that withstands heavy use. Features: Standard pulling hook with quick adjusting capability quick adjust. Parallel pulling hooks in every position, even with full load. Pulling hooks with infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam. Optimal adjustment of the spindle to the shaft with 2-sided spindle tip (ball and tip). Mechanical pressure screw. Milled thread treated with special coating. Two-arm design for space-saving operation. Kukko Advantage: A manual adjustment knurl allows rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without using a wrench. Can be installed on various pulling hooks and variable reach thanks to jaw extensions. Turning the pulling hooks enables them to be used both internally and externally. Suitable for pulling asymmetric workpieces. Spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping off. Cross-beam with hexagonal profile for good grip. Almost all components available as replacement parts, time-saving order process thanks to numbering system. Hydraulic spindle series 8-0 for particularly tight parts, available from a particular puller size. Auxiliary hydraulic ram series 9 for particularly tight parts, can be used from a particular puller size. Note: Pressure pads from series 600-17 are a good addition if the shaft is hollow and the spindle cannot be supported. Stability support from optional series 219 clamp. Strong design, high performance and long service life. Self-healing corrosion protection KUKKoating for galvanized parts (WITHOUT chrom VI). Safety label to ensure protection of intellectual property. A tube of KUKKO special grease included for pressure spindle. Product video on the product can be opened.
