Kukko 20-10+ 2 Jaw Puller (30 - 120mm. Quick Adjust)

Highlights: Made In Germany. ARMLOCK: The cross-legged jaws guarantee maximum stability for suspending the jaws in the slider. GLIDE & FIX: The improved geometry guarantees quick and easy movement of the jaws on the cross-beam. QUICK ADJUST: The knurls (red knobs) allow the jaws to be quickly released and moved on the cross-beam without the need for tools. SWITCH: A two-sided spindle tip provides optimal adjustment of the spindle to the shaft. For removing bearings, gears, discs, & more. The Kukko 20-10+ 2 jaw puller is a reliable solution for removing bearings, gears, and discs with precision. Made in Germany, it features a durable two-arm design, allowing for space-saving operation while ensuring a secure grip. Its advanced engineering includes a cross-legged jaw system for maximum stability and improved geometry for smooth jaw movement along the cross-beam. This bearing puller incorporates a quick adjust mechanism, allowing easy jaw repositioning without additional tools. The puller tool features a two-sided spindle tip, providing optimal adjustment for various shaft types. Parallel pulling hooks maintain their position under full load, while the mechanical pressure screw ensures controlled force application. It integrates a milled thread with a specialized coating for enhanced durability and performance. Its cross-beam, designed with a hexagonal profile, improves handling, and the spindle head band prevents wrench slippage during use. Additional benefits include compatibility with various pulling hook extensions and the ability to switch between internal and external pulling configurations. The puller supports asymmetric workpieces and offers optional stability reinforcement. A self-healing corrosion protection coating enhances longevity, while nearly all components are replaceable for extended usability. Designed for high performance, the Kukko 20-10+ 2 jaw puller delivers a strong and lasting solution for professional applications. Features: Standard pulling hook with quick adjusting capability quick adjust. Parallel pulling hooks in every position, even with full load. Pulling hooks with infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam. Optimal adjustment of the spindle to the shaft with 2-sided spindle tip (ball & tip). Mechanical pressure screw. Milled thread treated with special coating. Two-arm design for space-saving operation. Kukko Advantage: A manual adjustment knurl allows rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without using a wrench. Can be installed on various pulling hooks and variable reach thanks to jaw extensions. Turning the pulling hooks enables them to be used both internally and externally. Suitable for pulling asymmetric workpieces. Spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping off. Cross-beam with hexagonal profile for good grip. Almost all components available as replacement parts, time-saving order process thanks to numbering system. Hydraulic spindle series 8-0 for particularly tight parts, available from a particular puller size. Auxiliary hydraulic ram series 9 for particularly tight parts, can be used from a particular puller size. Note: Pressure pads from series 600-17 are a good addition if the shaft is hollow and the spindle cannot be supported. Stability support from optional series 219 clamp. Strong design, high performance and long service life. Self-healing corrosion protection KUKKoating for galvanized parts (WITHOUT chrom VI). Safety label to ensure protection of intellectual property. A tube of KUKKO special grease included for pressure spindle. Product video on the product can be opened.
