Kukko 20-1+ 2 Jaw Puller (30 - 90mm. Quick Adjust)

Highlights: Made In Germany. ARMLOCK: The cross-legged jaws guarantee maximum stability for suspending the jaws in the slider. GLIDE & FIX: The improved geometry guarantees quick and easy movement of the jaws on the cross-beam. QUICK ADJUST: The knurls (red knobs) allow the jaws to be quickly released and moved on the cross-beam without the need for tools. SWITCH: A two-sided spindle tip provides optimal adjustment of the spindle to the shaft. For removing bearings, gears, pulleys discs, & more. The Kukko 20-1+ 2 jaw puller is a tool designed to simplify component removal. Manufactured in Germany, it ensures stability with its ARMLOCK system, which secures the jaws within the slider. The GLIDE & FIX feature enhances usability by allowing smooth jaw movement on the cross-beam. Its quick adjust mechanism, featuring red knobs, enables tool-free positioning of the jaws, while the SWITCH function provides a two-sided spindle tip for optimal shaft adaptation. This puller tool is suitable for removing bearings, gears, and discs with efficiency. The standard pulling hook offers quick adjustment, while the parallel hooks maintain positioning under load. Its puller design allows for infinite variability on the cross-beam, adapting seamlessly to different applications. A mechanical pressure screw, treated milled thread, and two-arm configuration enhance operational reliability. The cross-beam’s hexagonal profile ensures a secure grip, and the spindle head band prevents slipping during use. Durability is reinforced through self-healing corrosion protection, and nearly all components are replaceable. Additional support options include hydraulic spindle series 8-0 for tight parts and auxiliary hydraulic ram series 9 for extreme cases. For hollow shafts, pressure pads from series 600-17 provide extra reinforcement. The Kukko 20-1+ 2 jaw puller is built for longevity, offering strong performance across a range of applications. Features: Standard pulling hook with quick adjusting capability quick adjust. Parallel pulling hooks in every position, even with full load. Pulling hooks with infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam. Optimal adjustment of the spindle to the shaft with 2-sided spindle tip (ball and tip). Mechanical pressure screw. Milled thread treated with special coating. Two-arm design for space-saving operation. Kukko Advantage: A manual adjustment knurl allows rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without using a wrench. Can be installed on various pulling hooks and variable reach thanks to jaw extensions. Turning the pulling hooks enables them to be used both internally and externally. Suitable for pulling asymmetric workpieces. Spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping off. Cross-beam with hexagonal profile for good grip. Almost all components available as replacement parts, time-saving order process thanks to numbering system. Hydraulic spindle series 8-0 for particularly tight parts, available from a particular puller size. Auxiliary hydraulic ram series 9 for particularly tight parts, can be used from a particular puller size. Note: Pressure pads from series 600-17 are a good addition if the shaft is hollow and the spindle cannot be supported. Stability support from optional series 219 clamp. Strong design, high performance and long service life. Self-healing corrosion protection KUKKoating for galvanized parts (WITHOUT chrom VI). Safety label to ensure protection of intellectual property. A tube of KUKKO special grease included for pressure spindle. Product video on the product can be opened.
