2 Strands Coconut Shell Beads

There are 2 strands of varying-sized coconut shell beads. Coconut shell heishi beads are small, disk-shaped beads crafted from coconut shells. The heishi technique involves perforating coconut shell fragments, stringing them on wire, and grinding them into flat, circular shapes. These beads are lightweight and often display the natural, earthy tones and textures of coconut shell, making them a popular choice for creating rustic and organic jewelry designs. The use of coconut shells in heishi bead production adds an eco-friendly and sustainable element to the crafting process. You are receiving 2 strands. This strand is not intended to be a ready-to-wear necklace. Although the strand can be worn "as is," the raffia holding it together is not durable and may break with use. For this reason, we recommend that you restring the beads before wearing them. Strand Length: 26-28 inches (includes string/raffia) Bead Size: 9-17mm diameter. 156837
