No—this is a static tow strap and not designed to stretch. For snatch-style recoveries, check out our Yankum Kinetic Ropes instead. What kind of vehicles is this strap best for? It’s ideal for UTVs, ATVs, small to mid-size SUVs, and light-duty trucks. Just stay within the rated limits and always use proper recovery points. Is it strong enough for off-road recoveries? Absolutely. Our 2" tow strap is built with mil-spec webbing and reinforced eyes, making it perfect for trail recoveries, light-duty towing, and winch point setups. Why choose a static strap over a kinetic rope? Static tow straps offer controlled, low-stretch pulling—ideal for towing or precise recoveries where you don’t want the spring or snap of kinetic energy. What are the available sizes? You can choose from 20' or 30' lengths. Both sizes give you flexibility for different recovery setups, keeping vehicles at a safe distance while ensuring secure, steady towing. Can I use this strap as a winch extension? Yes—this strap works great as a winch line extension or a tree saver when you're setting up a recovery anchor point. How should I attach it to my vehicle? Always connect to rated recovery points using soft shackles or D-rings—never a trailer hitch ball or suspension component. Check your vehicle manual if you’re unsure.
