The compressed wool is used because of its natural durability and versatility. Use with a rouge, polish, or paste to remove light scratches and polish your workpiece. Because of their natural versatility, these discs are suitable for use on stainless steel & other metals, wood, synthetics & more. These polishing discs are effective at shining stainless steel, aluminum, sheet metal, mild steel, and brass. This surface polishing disc is most efficient on ferrous metals where the final finish is important and has a high initial cut rate. Each disc has an R-Type backer.
