2-Digit Numerical LED Identification Board

The Vision X 2-Digit LED Vehicle Identification Board provides bright, reliable equipment identification for mining, construction, quarrying, material handling, and other heavy-duty industrial operations. Designed for continuous 24/7 use, it allows operators and site personnel to identify vehicles quickly in darkness, dust, rain, and other demanding working conditions. Each of the two independently controlled digits uses 195 high-output LEDs to produce a crisp, highly visible number. An extra-wide 120-degree viewing angle helps personnel identify equipment from a broad range of positions rather than needing to stand directly behind the vehicle. Automatic day and night brightness adjustment maintains visibility during daylight while reducing unnecessary glare in low-light conditions. Numbers can be changed in seconds without opening the housing, connecting a computer, or repainting the vehicle. Simply touch the supplied magnet to the sensor beneath each digit to cycle that position from 0 through 9. Each digit has its own magnetic sensor, allowing the displayed vehicle number to be updated independently. An internal memory function retains the selected number when power is removed. The board is built around a rugged die-cast 6061 aluminum housing with a durable polycarbonate lens. IP68 and IP69K ingress-protection ratings help protect the assembly against dust, water immersion, and high-pressure washdown, while a 21.2 Grms vibration rating supports installation on haul trucks and other equipment exposed to severe vibration. Modular mounting brackets and installation hardware are included. Key Features High-Visibility 2-Digit Display Two independently controlled numerical positions provide clear vehicle and equipment identification from long distances. 195 High-Output LEDs Per Digit Each digit uses 195 LEDs to produce bright, clearly defined numbers. Independent digit operation helps preserve identification if an adjacent section is damaged. 120-Degree Extra-Wide Viewing Angle Allows equipment numbers to be seen from a broad range of viewing positions around busy job sites. Automatic Day and Night Brightness The board automatically adjusts between bright daytime output and reduced nighttime output for consistent visibility around the clock. Tool-Free Magnetic Number Selection Touch the supplied magnet to the sensor beneath each digit to cycle that position from 0 through 9. Number Memory An internal memory function retains the selected identification number after the vehicle or board is powered down. Built for Continuous Industrial Operation Engineered for 24/7 use on mining, construction, quarry, material-handling, and heavy-equipment applications. Heavy-Duty Environmental Protection IP68 and IP69K protection, a rugged aluminum housing, polycarbonate lens, and 21.2 Grms vibration rating help the board withstand harsh operating environments.
