5DEV 2 Bolt Titanium Stem

5DEV 2 Bolt Titanium Stem is a purpose-built cockpit component straight from the 5DEV Custom Shop, designed for riders who appreciate precision machining, clean aesthetics, and functional innovation. Built around 5DEV’s VRTS (Variable Radius Technology System), this stem installs cleanly on modern riser bars without the need for awkward shims, excessive clamping force, or the risk of scratching your handlebars. The simplified 2-bolt clamp design makes installation quicker and more intuitive than traditional four-bolt stems, while still delivering secure, even clamping. Designed around a 35mm bar interface, the stem ships with included 31.8mm aluminum shims, giving you flexibility across bar standards without compromising fit or finish. Precision-machined from titanium, the 2 Bolt Stem blends classic durability with modern performance. The compact 32mm option in particular is built to drop your bars low and tight to the headset, maximizing control and front-end precision on modern slack trail and enduro bikes. Every stem is individually machined and finished in San Diego, California, using custom 5th-axis workholding and a tightly controlled production process. 2 Bolt Titanium Stem Specs at a Glance Reach Options: 32mm, 40mm, 48mm.
