2 Blade Corvair Ground Adjustable Propeller

Improve your Aircraft’s performance with our 2 blade propeller designed specifically for Corvair powered aircraft such as the Sport Performance Panther. This propeller is now manufactured using an prepreg compression molding process on foam core to produce a stiff, one piece blade. This process yields very repeatable blades with maximum strength, durability, and low weight.  Don’t confuse this propeller with other propellers that are manufactured as two pieces and then bonded together afterwards.  This propeller has the strength and durability to give you thousands of hours of trouble free flying. This propeller features a co-cured bonded stainless steel leading edge for erosion and FOD protection.  The two piece hub is manufactured from aerospace grade aluminum. Our Pitch Gage System allows its users to set a broad range of pitches, without need for a protractor. This 2 blade propeller is suitable for use on the Corvair engines up to 3.3L and Jabiru 3300 engines as a pusher.  The blades can be trimmed from the maximum 64.5″ diameter to 60.5″ diameter. This propeller mounts with either 5/16″ or 3/8″ bolts only! Please specify engine while ordering.
