2 3/8" Wing Tip/Tail Skid (2)

DU-BRO Wing Tip/Tail Skid, 2.375" (2 pieces) Overview: The DU-BRO Wing Tip/Tail Skid is a simple and effective way to protect your RC airplane from scratches, scuffs, and wear during takeoffs, landings, and handling. These skids are designed for modelers who want to keep their aircraft looking clean and performing well, especially on models that tend to drag a wing or tail when flying from grass or rough surfaces. Installing these skids is incredibly easy. You can attach them using CA glue or epoxy, and each skid also includes pre-molded holes that allow you to mount them with screws if you prefer a more secure installation. This flexibility makes the skids suitable for a wide variety of airplanes—from small park flyers to larger sport and scale models. DU-BRO offers three size options to match different aircraft and protection needs: #990 – 1.25" (31.75 mm), weight 0.7 grams each #991 – 2.00" (50.80 mm), weight 1.8 grams each #992 – 2.375" (60.33 mm), weight 2.7 grams each All three sizes are lightweight, durable, and designed to shield your wingtips and tail surfaces from damage without adding unnecessary weight to your model. Each package includes 2 skids, giving you everything needed to protect both sides of your aircraft or to add a tail skid where needed. Whether you’re flying sport models, trainers, vintage aircraft, or scale planes, adding a DU-BRO Wing Tip/Tail Skid is an easy upgrade that helps extend the life of your airplane and keeps it looking its best.
