Hazelnut notes back up a cocoa structure in the cup, and if you look for it, you should find roasted almond. It's surprisingly fruited when grinding coarse for french press or pour overs. Standalone espresso shots have high levels of dark sugar sweetness, peaking with a sweet-citrus high note in the finish.
