This solid state diode module is a direct replacement for a GZ34 / 5AR4 or 5U4 rectifier tube. Each one is carefully made here at VAP&S with excellent quality 1N4007 diodes. This is a great item to have as a backup in case your rectifier tube goes down. Please note: a solid state rectifier module will raise an amplifier's power tube's plate voltage & plate current, ...so it will be necessary to re-bias your amplifier's power tubes when switching from a GZ34/5AR4 or a 5U4 rectifier tube > to a solid state diode rectifier module. Please Note: our shipping calculator is not very accurate, ...please know we will refund any shipping difference if the shipping cost is over the top, or include an extra component if the difference is near equal.
