Industry-Leading Materials: We use only the best—Avery Dennison or 3M vinyl—ensuring your decal stands up to UV rays and trail abuse for years to come. Legacy Fit: Specifically designed to complement the unique "Short Scoop" and "Long Fang" hood contours of the legendary 3rd Gen 4Runner. 📋 What’s Included: Full Overlay Kit: Precision-cut sections tailored for the 1996–2002 4Runner hood. Professional Grade Vinyl: High-quality 3M or Avery Dennison material designed for long-term exterior durability.  🛠 Installation Guide: ⚠️ Critical Temperature Requirement: For a successful bond, the ideal installation temperature is between 65°F and 73°F. Attempting to install in temperatures any warmer or colder may prevent the vinyl from adhering correctly, which will ruin the decal. Dry Install Only: Do not use water or "wet" application methods. These professional-grade materials are designed for dry application only. Surface Prep: This is the most important step! Clean the hood thoroughly with a heavy-duty degreaser followed by Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) to ensure 100% adhesion. The surface must be completely stripped of all wax and ceramic coatings. Pro Tips: Visually inspect all vinyl pieces for any issues before you begin. Check out our Hood Stamp Install Video on YouTube for a step-by-step walkthrough. If you lack experience with large-format vinyl, we recommend visiting a local vinyl shop; they can install our kits quickly and easily. Shipping & Policies: Lead Time: As these are custom-printed kits, please allow a 3–5 day lead time for processing and shipping. Cancellations: All orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee after 24 hours. Policy: We are not responsible for installation errors. If a piece is ruined during install, it will need to be replaced at the owner's expense. Questions? Reach out to us at support@tacovinyl.com
