Back & Sides: Solid Birch Top: Solid Spruce Lower Bout: 15.0" Scale Length: 25.0" Nut Width: 1 3/4” Notes: This 1971 Harmony H166 has been transformed through a complete rebuild and X brace conversion using Stay Gold Guitars' method of X bracing. Now it sounds and plays phenomenally! Rebuild work included: removing the back of the guitar and replacing existing ladder bracing on top of the guitar with X bracing, replacing back bracing, replacing old bridge plate with a new maple bridge plate, neck reset, fingerboard replaned, old frets removed and replaced with a complete new fret job, old tuners replaced with Grover 18:1 open gear tuners, new bone nut/compensated bone saddle, new plastic bridge pins, expert setup job. Comes with new hardshell case.
