1940s Nursing Student 18" Doll Clothes Pattern

This Keepers Dolly Duds 1940s Nursing Student uniform is based off of a 1940s design worn by student nurses and candy stripers. For easy dressing, the dress opens all the way down the back and fastens with six buttons (hook-and-loop tape or snaps can be used, if preferred).  It has two classic collar options and two puffed sleeve options.  The skirting is gathered into the natural waistline and falls just below the knee. The bibbed apron is fitted in the back with a waistband and two cross straps that fasten with three buttons (hook-and-loop tape or snaps can be used, if preferred).  Two patch pocket options are included.  The skirting of the apron is gathered into the waistband and falls just above the hemline of the dress skirting. A1940s style nursing cap tops off the outfit nicely. This PDF sewing pattern by Keepers Dolly Duds is designed to fit popular 18" dolls such as those shown in the photos.
