ELCO DRIL-FLEX‚® 1/4-20" x 1-1/2" 4-Point Hex Washer Head Self Drill Screw - 100 Qty

Elco Dril-Flex 1/4-20 x 1-1/2 model EAF876 is a hex washer self-drilling screw designed for metal-to-metal fastening in commercial and industrial assemblies. The product functions as a self-drilling and self-tapping fastener for direct installation into steel members without separate drilling operations. The fastener is manufactured from alloy steel to provide controlled hardness and load-bearing capacity under installation torque. The Stalgard protective coating provides corrosion resistance suitable for interior and exterior service conditions. Installation is completed through an integrated drill point into pre-aligned metal substrates. The hex washer head provides consistent bearing surface and controlled torque transfer with standard hex drive tools. The fastener is compatible with steel framing, sheet metal, and light-gauge metal components. The product is intended for contractors, fabricators, and maintenance professionals. The bulk pack configuration supports jobsite supply and high-volume fastening requirements.
