Precision Colour Pencil

This is a multi-use pencil that can be used on eyes, lips, cheeks, or elsewhere. It glides on with a creamy-matte finish, and is creamy enough to use as a lipstick, blendable enough to be used as a blush or a wash of colour on the lids, with a precision tip for drawing graphic lines. Available in 9 universal shades.  Draw, blend, line, define, buff: a minimalist approach with maximalist options. Made in Italy. Blend, buff, line, define, smoke, draw, fill in.  RESPONSIBLE This formula is vegan, cruelty-free, and free of harmful ingredients.   APPLICATION TIPS LIPSTICK: Line and fill in lips with the Precision Colour Pencil, or use Tapered Multi-Brush to blend colour onto lips. Wear alone or top with High-Shine Gloss for a dewy effect.   LIP LINER: Line lips with the pencil and finish with High-Shine Gloss or lip colour of choice. EYELINER: Line lash line with pencil. Smudge with Tapered Multi-Brush for a smokey effect, or tap translucent powder on top to enhance wear.   EYESHADOW: Dot colour over eyelids and blend with fingertips or Tapered Multi-Brush to diffuse colour. BLUSH/CONTOUR: Dot colour onto cheeks and blend with fingertips or Tapered Multi-Brush to diffuse colour. HIGHLIGHT: Use highlight pencil on inner corners of eyes, along lash line, on high points of cheeks, cupid’s bow or brow bone.
