№ 2 1883 Summerland Reed Diffuser

Step into the storied past of Summerland, California founded as a spiritualist haven in the late 19th century and experience its enduring bohemian charm through an evocative blend of Dark Rose, California Plums, and Smoky Patchouli. Inspired by the region’s mystical roots and laid-back coastal allure, this candle transports you to a time when sea breezes carried whispers of the unknown and sunsets revealed the area’s natural enchantment. The fragrance journey begins with the dark, velvety allure of Dark Rose, filling the air with a sultry floral bouquet that sets an enigmatic, romantic tone. Imagine a hidden garden at twilight where roses bloom under the moonlight, their petals releasing a softly mysterious aroma that beckons you closer. As the candle continues to burn, the heart of the fragrance unfolds with the luscious sweetness of California plums. This indulgent fruit note envelops your senses in a warm embrace, its subtle tartness perfectly balancing the depth of the rose. It’s akin to strolling through an orchard at dusk, with ripe plums lending a touch of orchard-fresh freshness that complements the rich, floral opening. Gradually, the scent settles into the smoky patchouli base note, revealing an earthy sophistication that grounds the entire fragrance experience. The patchouli imparts a whisper of vintage mysticism, nodding to Summerland’s late 19th-century spiritualist origins. Its subtle spice harmonizes beautifully with the sweet plum and dark rose, resulting in a layered, enduring finish. Customers often describe 1883 Summerland as an alluring blend of sultry floral and fruity warmth, woven together by a smoky elegance.
