1800 Fabric

1800 fabric is a celebration of folk tradition rendered in thread. The design features rows of stylized, embroidered trees or floral forms—tall, slender, and symmetrical. Some resemble little bellflowers dangling from upright stems; others have rounded, fruit-like shapes or geometric blossoms branching outward like candelabras. The pattern is stitched in cross-stitch style, using earthy colors: soft greens on one piece, and rich reds and slate blues on another. The base cloth is a warm, natural linen, with a visible weave that enhances the handmade look and feel. Vertical striping gives the layout rhythm and balance, like a stitched forest in gentle rows. The mood is rooted, charming, and timeless—like something pulled from an old well-worn craft book. It evokes quiet domesticity, care, and the kind of beauty that grows slowly, stitch by stitch.
