The premise is that a young university student is attempting to write a paper on Barbara Pym. We see only the professor's side of a lively correspondence that ensues. Praised for the original approach and fascinating, readable, charming, and witty letters from the fictional professor.  Not necessary to have read Pym, but of course, if you have, all the more enjoyable. Signed by author to previous owner. A few highlights in the introduction, otherwise appears almost like new. Cinnamon Press. 2010. Paper. USED. $5.00
