16/18"UNVENTED BNR SYSTEM

Some things in life deserve to be done properly — a perfectly aged wine, a tailored suit, and certainly the fireplace at the heart of your home. The Real Fyre 16/18" Vent-Free Propane Burner System (SKU: G18-16/18-15P) is the foundation of a hearth that looks like it belongs in an architectural digest and performs like it means business. At 30,000 BTUs, this vent-free propane burner delivers serious, room-warming heat without requiring a chimney or flue — making it an ideal retrofit for existing fireplaces or a streamlined solution for new installations. And should local codes require it, the system may also be installed and operated as a vented appliance, giving you flexibility without compromise. Control is effortless. A millivolt valve with standing pilot pairs with a variable flame height remote control, so you can dial in the perfect ambiance from across the room — no crouching, no fussing, no drama. Lighting is equally civilized thanks to push-button piezo ignition, because nobody wants to hunt for a matchbook. The burner produces three distinct flame configurations, adding visual depth and a realistic, layered fire effect that's genuinely captivating. Controls are discreetly hidden once installed, keeping the aesthetic clean and the focus where it belongs — on those beautiful flames. Safety is built into every detail. The integrated Oxygen Depletion System (ODS) continuously monitors room oxygen levels and automatically shuts off the burner if levels drop below a safe threshold. It's the kind of quiet, vigilant protection you won't notice — until you're grateful it's there. The system is also ANSI certified, meeting rigorous industry standards for performance and safety. Installation requires a firebox with minimum dimensions of 22" front width, 20" rear width, 14" depth, and 17" height — specifications worth confirming before you fall completely in love (though we suspect you already have). At just 24 lbs, the unit is manageable to handle and position during setup. This burner system is designed to pair with 16/18" vent-free gas log sets, and is featured with Real Fyre's own Evening Fyre, Evening Fyre Charred, and Evening Fyre Split collections — each crafted to complement the natural flame presentation of this system. Please note that vent-free gas logs are required for proper operation and are sold separately. At $1,697.00, the Real Fyre 16/18" Vent-Free Burner System is an investment in warmth, beauty, and the kind of effortless entertaining that makes your home the one everyone wants to gather in. The fireplace has always been the heart of the home — this system ensures it keeps beating beautifully. 30,000 BTU propane (LP) output for powerful, efficient room heating Vent-free operation — no chimney or flue required; may also be used as a vented appliance where required by local codes Variable flame height remote control with millivolt valve and standing pilot Push-button piezo ignition for easy, reliable lighting Three distinct flame configurations for a rich, realistic fire presentation Oxygen Depletion System (ODS) for continuous, automatic safety monitoring ANSI certified for performance and safety Hidden installed controls for a clean, uncluttered hearth aesthetic Compatible with 16/18" vent-free gas log sets including Evening Fyre, Evening Fyre Charred, and Evening Fyre Split collections Minimum firebox requirements: 22" front width, 20" rear width, 14" depth, 17" height Lightweight at 24 lbs for manageable installation Vent-free gas logs required for operation (sold separately) Type Vent-free burner system Fuel Type Propane (LP) Size 16/18 inches Btu Output 30,000 Minimum Firebox Dimensions - Front Width 22 inches Minimum Firebox Dimensions - Rear Width 20 inches Minimum Firebox Dimensions - Depth 14 inches Minimum Firebox Dimensions - Height 17 inches Control Type Millivolt valve with standing pilot and variable flame height remote control Ignition Push button piezo ignition Safety System Oxygen Depletion System (ODS) Certification ANSI certified Flame Configuration Three distinct flames Features Hidden installed controls Item Weight Lbs 24.00
