里仁嚴選來自台南白河的蓮藕粉。82歲的包再炭先生以誠信態度，依照傳統古法照起工來做，反覆淘洗出不含雜質、純淨無瑕的蓮藕粉。 9~12斤新鮮蓮藕僅能製成1斤純蓮藕粉。做工細且品質高，是里仁最早的產品之一，20年來品質依舊掛保證。 沖泡：將適量的蓮藕粉放入杯中，先用冷水濕潤完全攪拌至稠狀後，再加入100℃熱開水，邊加熱水邊攪拌呈半透明狀，視個人口味加糖，不加亦可。 水煮：1000cc水煮滾，轉小火，加入30~50克蓮藕粉，不斷攪拌，再滾約30~60秒即可關火，視個人口味加糖，不加亦可。 特色：無添加防腐劑、人工色素、人工香料 原產地：台灣 成份：蓮藕粉 保存期限：2年 保存方法：開封後，請儘快食用完畢，並存放於陰涼處。 Ingredients: lotus root powder
