OXO SoftWorks V-Blade Mandoline

The OXO SoftWorks V-Blade Mandoline is a safe, versatile food slicer. Four interchangeable blades combine with a simple height adjuster to make straight slices, crinkle cuts, French fries and julienne strips, all in a variety of thicknesses. The blades store on board and remove easily for quick cleaning by hand. A textured surface keeps food from sticking during slicing while the included food holder protects fingers.
