This is the required deposit for custom orders. The payment goes towards the final cost of your custom product. Once materials are ordered to create the custom piece the deposit is non-refundable. If the deposit is refunded it is because the customer has decided to cancel their order and the designer has not ordered the required materials to create the custom piece. Thank you
