Kukko 15-2 Bearing Separator (22 - 115mm)

Highlights: Made In Germany. NOTE: This product must be used in conjunction with a Kukko 18-2 or 18-2-B. For: The removal of ball bearings, roller bearings, inner rings, gears, and more. Used when there's not enough space to fit traditional puller jaws.  The Kukko 15-2 bearing separator is a specialized extraction device, designed and manufactured in Germany to facilitate efficient removal of various bearings, gears, and inner rings. This tool is particularly effective when limited space prevents the use of traditional puller jaws, making it suitable for complex maintenance tasks. Its unique design ensures compatibility with Kukko pulling devices, specifically models 18-2 or 18-2-B. This bearing splitter is capable of penetrating narrow gaps for accurate placement during extraction. Additionally it provides exceptional stability once the separation jaws are securely fastened into the pulling device. If needed, users can reverse the orientation of the jaws, increasing the contact area and allowing gentle removal of sensitive or delicate components. This bearing separator tool has a cutting-edge thickness 0.5 mm at the tip which facilitates access to challenging spaces without compromising part integrity. The tool offers separation diameters ranging from 22 mm to 115 mm, accommodating diverse applications. The robust M14x1.5 mounting thread ensures reliable attachment, and the usable extraction depth of 41 mm supports extensive bearing types. It weighs 2.9 kg, balancing maneuverability with structural integrity, and meets international standards including REACH, RoHS, POP, PROP65, and TSCA. Engineered for longevity, the Kukko 15-2 bearing separator is a valuable addition to automotive and industrial toolsets. Features: The sharp edges allow for extraction where other methods are not applicable. Extremely stable after screwing together the separation and pulling device. If the separating jaws are screwed into the pulling device the other way around, the support area is enlarged and removed more gently.
