Ultra-Dry 1490LTS Long Term Storage Dry Cabinet

Manncorp 1490LTS Nitrogen-Controlled Storage Cabinet The Manncorp 1490LTS is a high-capacity nitrogen-controlled storage cabinet designed for long-term protection of moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs), oxygen-sensitive components, PCBs, large-format boards, and bulky assemblies. With a spacious 44.1 cu. ft. / 1250-liter interior, it is built for manufacturers with high-reliability storage demands. What Sets the 1490LTS Apart Smart Nitrogen Purge Control: Uses the NC-5R nitrogen controller with an optional O₂ sensor module to monitor internal oxygen levels and automatically purge nitrogen when concentrations exceed the set threshold. Dual-Mode Functionality: Switch between oxygen concentration or relative humidity (RH%) as the purge trigger based on your storage requirements. Fail-Safe Protection: Unlike the standard 1490V or NC-3T systems, the 1490LTS continues nitrogen purging during a power failure. Purpose-Built Reliability: Designed specifically for MSDs, oxygen-sensitive components, and demanding long-term storage applications. NC-5R Nitrogen Controller with Optional O₂ Sensor Module The 1490LTS introduces the NC-5R Nitrogen Controller, engineered for precise atmosphere control inside storage cabinets or enclosures. When equipped with the optional oxygen sensor module, the system provides smart automation for nitrogen purging based on real-time internal conditions. Monitors internal oxygen levels in real time Automatically activates nitrogen purging when oxygen exceeds the set threshold Maintains consistent low-oxygen storage conditions Supports nitrogen purging based on either O₂ concentration or RH% Helps protect sensitive materials from oxidation and moisture absorption Fail-Safe Protection During Power Loss Unlike standard dry cabinets or basic nitrogen storage systems, the 1490LTS continues nitrogen purging even during a power failure. This provides uninterrupted protection for sensitive materials and helps reduce the risk of oxidation, moisture absorption, and component degradation during unexpected downtime. Continues nitrogen purge operation during power failure Provides uninterrupted protection for sensitive materials Helps prevent oxidation and moisture absorption Supports long-term reliability for stored components Large-Capacity Storage for Production Environments Built for high-volume production facilities, the 1490LTS combines large-capacity storage with flexible organization. Its spacious interior and adjustable shelving make it suitable for large-format boards, bulky assemblies, PCBs, MSDs, and other sensitive production materials. Interior capacity: 44.1 cu. ft. / 1250 liters Interior dimensions: 47" W × 26.4" D × 72" H Metric dimensions: 1198 × 672 × 1820 mm Five height-adjustable shelves Anti-static locking wheels for mobility and stability Designed for large-format boards and bulky assemblies Traceability and Process Control For facilities that require environmental documentation and process traceability, the 1490LTS includes a digital control panel with integrated temperature and humidity data logging.
