146mm Damascus Western Chef

146 x 43mm (5.7 x 1.7") chef with a purpleheart and maple handle. The maple came from Maryland. 1084/15N20 carbon steel damascus blade.  A very fancy lil chef, perfect for every day use, or as a travel knife to make your friends jealous (or because you hate their dull knives). I made this along and two others with a friend of mine, and we decided to donate a portion of the sales of these knives to the Baltimore Hunger Project, which feeds children who rely on school lunch to eat over the weekends. Their work reaches over 2600 children across 66 schools in the Baltimore area. To learn more, please visit their website https://www.baltimorehungerproject.org/.
