Manufactured in the USA, our Instant Erase sponges provide the same high-quality performance as other leading brands, but at up to 80% less expensive. Professional-Grade Cleaning These high-performance melamine floor cleaning pads function like an oversized eraser, built to handle heavily soiled flooring in demanding environments such as hospitals, schools, healthcare centers, and other institutional facilities. Made in the USA from open-cell Basotect® melamine foam bonded to a durable nonwoven backing, these melamine floor machine eraser sponge pads deliver powerful cleaning action without relying on harsh chemicals. Water-Activated Micro-Abrasive Cleaning Power When thoroughly saturated with water, the pad’s movement across the surface generates controlled friction. This micro-abrasive cleaning action loosens and lifts embedded dirt, stubborn black heel marks, and scuffs from difficult areas — all while preserving the existing floor finish. Because they clean without stripping coatings, they are ideal for maintaining high-visibility spaces like corridors, patient rooms, classrooms, cafeterias, and other high-traffic areas. Compatible with Standard Floor Machines These floor machine cleaning pads are designed for use on standard-speed equipment, including single-disc rotary machines, oscillating machines, and automatic scrubbers operating within the 150–350 RPM range. They perform exceptionally well on low-speed automatic scrubbers used for intensive cleaning in large commercial and institutional settings. Engineered to fit standard round pad drivers, these industrial floor cleaning pads easily integrate into established maintenance routines. They are compatible with a wide variety of floor surfaces, including LVT, VCT, terrazzo, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, epoxy coatings, and concrete flooring. These industrial floor cleaning pads are designed to work with any floor cleaning machine that uses standard round pad drivers and operates at low speed. Common compatible floor machines include: Tennant Company floor cleaning machines Oreck Orbiter Multi‑Purpose Floor Machine Prolux Core Heavy Duty Commercial Polisher Floor Buffer Kärcher rotary floor cleaning machines Tornado Brute Force Floor Machine Ideal for Commercial Janitorial Programs For facility managers and custodial professionals focused on effective, water-based cleaning methods, these pads are a valuable addition to any commercial janitorial supplies program — helping restore floor appearance, reduce chemical dependency, and achieve consistent, professional results with every use.
