Kukko 128-5 Ball Joint Press (46mm Opening)

Highlights: Made in Germany Perfect for:  Pressing out ball pins when removing ball joints pressing out tie rod ends on tie rods. Reduces the chances of damaging surrounding parts.  Simple yet effective operation.  The Kukko 128-5 ball joint press is designed for vehicle maintenance tasks that require controlled disassembly of oversized suspension components. Manufactured in Germany, it supports straightforward operation when pressing out ball pins or tie rod ends in heavy automotive applications. This ball joint removal tool is built to handle larger assemblies with a 46 mm fork opening that accommodates wide joints typically found in trucks and utility vehicles. A tensile force rating of 100 kN and tractive capacity of 10 tons ensure that high extraction force is available without overstressing the tool body. The 24 mm hex socket interfaces with standard shop equipment, delivering up to 250 Nm of torque for reliable and repeatable press-out operations. This specific ball joint tool helps isolate applied force, reducing impact on surrounding parts during use. With a KUKKoating finish that provides chrom VI-free, self-healing corrosion protection, the surface remains intact through frequent use in demanding environments. At 1.84 kg, it maintains both portability and structural integrity. Nearly every component is individually replaceable, supporting long-term service. The Kukko 128-5 ball joint press is built for sustained workshop performance. Features: Most components available as replacement parts. Sturdy design, high performance and long service life.
