Kukko 128-4 Ball Joint Press (40mm Opening)

Highlights: Made in Germany Perfect for:  Pressing out ball pins when removing ball joints pressing out tie rod ends on tie rods. Reduces the chances of damaging surrounding parts.  Simple yet effective operation.  The Kukko 128-4 ball joint press supports disassembly of large suspension components during automotive service tasks. Built in Germany, it’s designed for efficient pressing work involving ball pins and tie rod ends, particularly in vehicles with heavier or oversized joints. This ball joint removal tool features a 40 mm fork opening, giving it the capacity to handle larger assemblies often found in trucks or heavy equipment. With a tensile force rating of 100 kN and a tractive capacity of 10 tons, it provides strong, repeatable pressure without overstressing the tool or surrounding parts. The maximum torque of 250 Nm works through a 24 mm hex socket, ensuring secure interface with standard shop equipment. The tool’s structure supports direct force application during extraction while keeping adjacent components protected from stress. A weight of 1.715 kg offers balance between stability and portability, and the KUKKoating finish helps the surface resist corrosion over time without relying on chrom VI. Most components are serviceable individually, which supports long-term use. The Kukko 128-4 ball joint press is a reliable option for larger-scale vehicle repair applications. Features: Most components available as replacement parts. Sturdy design, high performance and long service life. KUKKoating: Self-healing corrosion protection for galvanized parts (WITHOUT chrom VI).
