Kukko 128-3 Ball Joint Press (29mm Opening)

Highlights: Made in Germany Perfect for:  Pressing out ball pins when removing ball joints pressing out tie rod ends on tie rods. Reduces the chances of damaging surrounding parts.  Simple yet effective operation.  The Kukko 128-3 ball joint press is engineered for controlled disassembly during vehicle service, especially when dealing with larger components. Its German manufacturing and straightforward press action make it suitable for removing ball pins and tie rod ends without damaging adjacent parts. This ball joint removal tool includes a 29 mm fork opening, which accommodates broader joints found in heavier-duty suspension systems. With a maximum tensile force of 100 kN and tractive capacity of 10 tons, the tool provides reliable extraction power across a wide range of applications. A 19 mm hex socket works with standard shop tools, while the 140 Nm torque rating ensures strong, repeatable force application. The tool’s design supports accurate pressing, reducing stress on surrounding hardware during ball joint or tie rod service. Protected by KUKKoating, the body resists corrosion through a chrom VI-free galvanization process that repairs surface wear over time. With a service weight of 0.94 kg and nearly all components replaceable, the Kukko 128-3 ball joint press offers durability and consistency across frequent workshop use. Features: Most components available as replacement parts. Sturdy design, high performance and long service life. KUKKoating: Self-healing corrosion protection for galvanized parts (WITHOUT chrom VI).
