124600 Push Rod

The 124600 Push Rod by Blackmer is a high-precision pump component designed for positive displacement and sliding vane pumps. This 124600 Push Rod is constructed from durable materials such as hardened steel to withstand wear and ensure long-term reliability in demanding pumping applications. Its length measures approximately 12 inches (305 mm), suitable for a range of Blackmer pump models, with a diameter of about 0.75 inches (19 mm) to fit specific pump assemblies accurately. Key features of the 124600 Push Rod include a polished, corrosion-resistant surface for smooth motion transfer, high tolerance manufacturing for minimal play and precise operation, and compatibility with Blackmer pump series that utilize this component. It is designed to endure the operational stresses of fluid transfer systems, providing consistent performance over extended service intervals.  This component is ideal for maintenance or replacement in industrial applications such as chemical processing, water treatment, and oil and gas extraction, where pump reliability and efficiency are critical. It is suitable for use by service technicians, engineers, and plant operators aiming to minimize downtime and ensure pump performance. Each 124600 Push Rod ships as a single unit, with no additional components included. It is recommended to inspect related parts before installation for optimal results and consult Blackmer specifications for compatibility. For optimal longevity, the 124600 Push Rod should be cleaned with appropriate solvents and inspected regularly for signs of wear or damage. Lubrication may be required depending on pump model and operating conditions. This part comes with a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects when used according to manufacturer instructions.
