121900 Push Rod

The 121900 Push Rod by Blackmer is a precision pump component designed specifically for positive displacement and sliding vane pumps. Constructed from durable materials, the 121900 Push Rod features a steel shaft with a hardened surface to resist wear and ensure long-term reliability in demanding pump applications. The rod measures approximately 12 inches in length with a diameter of 0.75 inches, compatible with specific pump models requiring a push rod of this size. Key features include a high-strength steel construction, precise machining for smooth motion transfer, and a hardened tip designed to withstand high-stress contact points. It is engineered to maintain accurate motion transfer, reducing vibration and mechanical wear in pump operations. The component is compatible with Blackmer positive displacement and sliding vane pump models, making it suitable for various industrial fluid handling applications requiring resilient and efficient pump parts. Use cases for the 121900 Push Rod include replacement in existing pump systems to restore original performance, upgrades to improve system efficiency, and maintenance in industrial settings such as chemical processing, water treatment, and oil & gas production. This product is ideal for technicians and engineers focused on maintaining or enhancing pump operation and longevity within budget-conscious maintenance programs. The 121900 Push Rod ships as a single component, with no additional parts included. It does not come with mounting hardware, so compatible fasteners must be procured separately. The push rod requires routine inspection for wear or damage and can be cleaned with standard industrial lubricants. It is recommended to follow manufacturer guidelines for installation and maintenance. This part is covered under standard warranty policies for manufacturing defects, and proper care can extend its service life considerably.
