high quality Basotect® melamine eraser sponge pads for commercial use Water-based cleaning performance — no harsh chemicals needed Eliminates black heel marks and ground-in dirt Compatible with rotary and swing-style floor machines Safe on coated and finished commercial floors Fits standard round pad drivers commonly used in facilities Made in the USA Professional-Grade Melamine Pads for Floor Cleaning Machines These professional melamine floor cleaning pads are built to function like an oversized eraser, cutting through heavy soil in demanding settings such as hospitals, schools, healthcare facilities, and other institutional buildings. Made in the USA from open-cell Basotect® melamine foam bonded to a reinforced nonwoven backing, these durable melamine floor machine eraser sponge pads provide exceptional cleaning power without the need for aggressive chemical products. When completely saturated with water, the pad moves smoothly across the floor and generates controlled friction. This light micro-abrasive action loosens and removes embedded dirt, black heel marks, and stubborn scuffs while maintaining the integrity of the existing floor finish. Because they clean effectively without stripping protective coatings, they are ideal for corridors, patient rooms, classrooms, cafeterias, and other high-traffic areas where cleanliness and presentation are essential. Designed for Standard-Speed Floor Machines These floor machine cleaning pads are engineered for use with standard-speed equipment, including single-disc rotary machines, oscillating machines, and low-speed automatic scrubbers operating within the 150–350 RPM range. They are especially effective for intensive cleaning applications performed with automatic scrubbers in large commercial and institutional spaces. Designed to fit common 12″ round pad drivers, these industrial floor cleaning pads integrate seamlessly into established maintenance programs. They are suitable for a wide variety of surfaces, including LVT, VCT, terrazzo, ceramic and porcelain tile, epoxy coatings, and concrete flooring.
