We use the winter prunings from our apple trees, along with corn cobs and hickory wood, to slowly smoke this distinctive southern delicacy. The bacon is salt cured and arrives sliced and vacuum packed. Each pack contains from .75 lb to 1 lb. This bacon is best when fried in a skillet. It is thick sliced and "country style".
