Everything you loved about Blood Quartz is magnified in the A-Grade version of the material. The quality and transparency of the Quartz almost makes the red spots (caused by iron and hematite) look suspended in time. Golden Blood Quartz is a clear to milky to white silicon dioxide mineral. Its inclusions of golden tones to rust to red are due to traces of hematite embedded in the stone. Quartz has been highly valued by virtually every civilization throughout history, often used in healing and meditation and as religious objects in funerary rites and to dispel evil.
